I have IBS and one of my main triggers is fructose and plant based products in large quantities- changing to a plant based diet would kill me right off.

I wanted to share this recipe because it’s one of my favourites during the winter and autumn months. I have been making this mug cake and changing up the recipe for a long time now but I think I’ve found the sweet spot of perfection.
