When Jeffree Star announced that he’d be doing a collaboration with Jouer Cosmetics, I think the world was shocked to the core.
This is THE Jeffree Star that has never done a collab and don’t use affiliate codes (bar Jouer).
But low and behold, there was now a #jouerxjeffree hashtag and I was LIVING.
First of all, Happy September!
Today’s post is going to be a review of a few items I bought from Primark’s Cotton Candy Makeup Range. My local Primark only had a few of the products in so I will try a different store very soon and try to pick up some more items to try out and review.
Today’s post is going to be about colour correction. Now, up until a couple years ago, colour correction was more likely to be associated with Photoshop and other photography processes but colour correcting your face?
I’ve been threatening to do this post for WEEKS but alas, my job has been demanding and obviously, that has to take priority…
But oh my god!? My parcels (Yes, plural) came from TAMbeauty.com a few weeks back and I’m going to show you all what I got and tell you some first impressions. So bear with me, this could take a while!
A few weeks ago, I checked my blogging/Instagram email account and found an email from a UK business named SkinKissed UK.
Naturally, I was curious. That email account only usually gets messages from Instagram or WordPress but this was different. Upon opening it, I was delighted that the company was asking me to test their product for them.
So yesterday I was in Cardiff, Wales and my jaw almost dropped and shattered on the floor when I saw the size of their Superdrug Beauty Shop.
My parents and sister went across to the Lego Store (boring) and I wandered into Superdrug in an absolute daze.
WARNING! Gross pore pictures coming up!
I have to say, when it comes to my skin and overall skin care, I don’t play around.
I suffer from terrible stress eczema on my face and it can literally flare up just because I’ve been doing homework at the last minute. This means that my skin is so sensitive to a whole host of different products so buying anything that goes on my face is a real gamble.
I must admit, I’m not a big Pink Floyd fan and I had only heard Comfortably Numb & (Like everyone else) Another Brick In The Wall. The thought of traipsing round a museum, observing a band’s history that I wasn’t really interested in didn’t appeal to me. But who was I to turn down a FREE trip to London?
So I need to write this before I explode.
I’m simply in awe… I have no words! (Well I do otherwise this post would be impossible but just roll with me here)
I don’t have photos UNFORTUNATELY but once I come to use this product again, I will do a full photo post.
I’m going to stray from makeup and talk about my hair today!
Now, I have a love/hate relationship with my hair and up until last summer, I had super healthy hair. I never had split ends, it was never dry… it was beautiful, luxurious hair. It was my pride and joy!
