Christmas is almost upon us so this is the first of two posts (The next will come next month!) sharing the best offers from different stores- in particular, for Christmas gift ideas.
There’s 5 in this post. That’s less than last time because I’m just going to pick entire shop’s offers rather than pick apart separate offers for brands and items within a store. Again, these are limited to the UK (Sorry international folks!) because that’s where I live and where a big portion of my audience are from.
All offers are valid at the time of posting but like with everything, check before purchasing!
So without further ado, here’s my top five store offers for this month!
Once again, Superdrug hits the list for a top offer.
There’s a few great offers for their Christmas gifts that I will detail individually in a moment but I’m going to take this opportunity to mention their Health & Beauty card. This is a great opportunity to rack up some points because all Christmas gift sets carry double points! Plus, when you use your NUS Extra card, you can get 10% off your purchase making Christmas present buying even cheaper.
I’ve already taken advantage of Superdrug’s offers and the other one I found great is the Half Price on selected Christmas gifting. I’ve got some presents for friends and my sister on this offer and also picked up a few things for myself. I love at this time of year when there are little sets of lipsticks or eyeshadows or brushes. This is when I purchase a lot of my makeup and tools purely because of how cheap it is for how much you get.
If you’re into Zoella, it’s 3 for 2 on her items and also there’s half price on Beauty Advent Calendars. Doesn’t matter if you buy them to use as advent calendars or just to have a load of makeup at once, this is still a good price as some calendars retail for £30 or more RRP.
Boots is another great place for offers and another place where points rack up quickly at this time of year. I had a voucher in the post for 25% off any Christmas gift and I will definitely be using this.
The main offer on their Christmas range is 3 for 2 on gifts and this counts for gifts for men and women. Some of the gifts available come from brands such as Jack Wills, Soap & Glory and Dove and they are all reasonably priced. There’s something for everyone’s budget.
Getting gifts like this from family and friends is how I find new scents I like and new products for bath and body. It’s great to have smaller sized products for testing and trialing and you never know, a friend or family member may thank you for introducing them to a hand cream or body lotion that really works for them!
If you have a bigger budget, Debenhams has quite a few ranges of gifts with 25% off the original marked price.
Debenhams can be good for gifts that aren’t makeup related such as clothes, shoes or accessories. The offer extends to gifts for men, kids and couples and sometimes you can get some awesome items that make super fun gifts. They usually sell sweet selections and other food selections for that foodie in your life.
I suppose this year, Debenhams will become the new BHS for the more mature gifts. BHS was always the place to go for gag gifts or food gifts or even the day experience packages. It will be sorely missed for me this year because it was normally a great place to buy gifts for my dad.
Now this is a brand that you may never have heard of but they currently have 60% off some really cool items and some of the prices start as little as £2.49!
I have seen this brand on my Twitter feed a lot and their palettes look super pretty and affordable and I would always recommend supporting smaller, Indie brands. I personally have not bought from them however, their palettes do look too good to pass up on so when I have the cash… maybe.
At prices like this, you could afford to get some reduced items alongside a main gift for a beauty lover in your life.
And finally, a beauty blog’s beauty offers roundup would not be complete without mentioning Beauty Bay!
Beauty bay carry some awesome brands and some of those brands do have some gift sets for Christmas such as Stila, PUR and Anastasia Beverly Hills. This is a good time to get minis if you don’t want to commit to full size products or just want a few new things to try out before deciding to buy a full size.
Beauty Bay have also put together some bundles named Take The Crown and they are looks in a bag. Each comes with a makeup bag and a variety of items from different brands to create a specific look. This is a great way to try out new brands you wouldn’t use ordinarily and enhance your skills.
So that’s it for my Christmas beauty offers this month! There’s a few deals I certainly will be taking advantage of this month and I cannot wait to buy some awesome gifts for my friends and family and treat myself along the way!
Will you be taking advantage of any of these products? If so, let me know!
